Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances in which a customer may cancel an order, request a replacement eSIM, receive account credit or obtain a refund for products and services purchased through flashsim.xyz.

The Website and the Flashsim service are operated by:

This Policy forms part of the contractual terms governing the purchase and use of Flashsim products. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any product-specific information displayed before checkout.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.

  • TELECODE SOLUTIONS LTD Company Number: 17214997 Registered Office: Office 12 Initial Business Centre Wilson Business Park Manchester United Kingdom M40 8WN
  • Email: contact@flashsim.xyz
  • In this Policy, “Flashsim”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TELECODE SOLUTIONS LTD. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person who places an order or uses an eSIM purchased through the Website.

2. Nature of the Flashsim Service

Flashsim supplies digital eSIM products and mobile data plans that allow customers to connect to supported telecommunications networks in specified countries or regions.

An eSIM is a digital product. It is ordinarily supplied electronically by displaying or sending an installation QR code, activation code, manual installation details or another digital credential associated with a specific eSIM profile.

Because an eSIM profile may be generated, reserved or assigned specifically for an order, and because an installation credential can be copied, installed, activated or otherwise used immediately after delivery, an eSIM cannot normally be returned in the same way as a physical product.

The availability of a refund therefore depends on the status of the eSIM, including whether it has been generated, delivered, installed, activated or used, as well as the reason for the refund request.

3. Information Customers Must Check Before Purchase

Before completing an order, the Customer is responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that the selected eSIM is suitable for the intended use.

In particular, the Customer must check that:

A list of compatible devices or a compatibility checker provided on the Website is intended as general guidance. Compatibility may also depend on the country in which the device was manufactured or sold, the mobile network operator, firmware, operating-system version, device configuration and restrictions imposed by the original carrier.

The Customer should contact us before purchasing where there is uncertainty regarding compatibility, coverage or activation.

  • the device supports eSIM technology;
  • the device is not carrier-locked or network-locked;
  • the device permits the installation of an additional eSIM;
  • the selected plan covers the intended country or region;
  • the plan’s validity period, data allowance and activation rules are suitable;
  • the Customer will have internet access when installation is required;
  • the device settings and operating system allow the eSIM to be installed and used; and
  • the Customer has selected the correct product, destination, quantity and validity period.

4. Order Processing and Digital Delivery

Orders are normally processed shortly after payment is successfully authorised.

An eSIM is considered delivered when the relevant QR code, activation code, installation details or access link has been:

The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for checking spam, junk and promotional folders.

Failure to open an email or access an order that has been correctly delivered does not, by itself, mean that the eSIM was not supplied.

  • displayed in the Customer’s Flashsim account;
  • sent to the email address provided during checkout;
  • made available through the Website;
  • transmitted through another delivery method selected by the Customer; or
  • otherwise made accessible to the Customer.

5. Cancellation Before eSIM Delivery

A Customer may request cancellation of an order before the eSIM has been generated, allocated, delivered or otherwise made available.

Where we receive and process the cancellation request before digital delivery begins, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed merely because a request was sent shortly after purchase. eSIM orders may be processed automatically and delivery may occur within seconds or minutes of successful payment.

The cancellation request must therefore be sent as soon as possible to contact@flashsim.xyz and must include the order number and the email address used for the purchase.

If the eSIM has already been generated or delivered by the time the request is reviewed, the request will be assessed under the provisions applicable to delivered digital products.

6. Immediate Supply and Cancellation Rights

By requesting immediate delivery of an eSIM, the Customer asks Flashsim to begin performing the contract before the expiry of any otherwise applicable cancellation period.

Where required by applicable law, the Customer may be asked during checkout to provide express consent to the immediate supply of the eSIM and to acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel may be lost once delivery of the digital product begins.

Where a legally valid cancellation right continues to apply, Flashsim will honour that right in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy removes a cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. General Rule After Delivery

Once an eSIM QR code, activation code or installation credential has been generated and delivered, the order will generally be considered final and non-refundable unless:

The fact that an eSIM has not yet been installed does not automatically guarantee a refund after its installation credentials have been delivered.

This restriction is necessary because an eSIM credential is a digital product that may be copied or retained after delivery, and its non-use cannot always be independently verified immediately.

Where technically possible, Flashsim may verify with its eSIM or telecommunications partner whether the profile has been installed, activated, connected to a network or consumed any data.

  • the eSIM is defective;
  • the product supplied materially differs from the product ordered;
  • Flashsim is unable to provide the purchased eSIM;
  • a duplicate charge or duplicate order occurred;
  • the Customer has a mandatory statutory right to a refund; or
  • Flashsim agrees, at its discretion, to provide a refund or account credit.

8. No Refund After Installation, Activation or Use

Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Flashsim, no refund will be provided after any of the following has occurred:

A small amount of data usage may be recorded automatically when the device connects to a mobile network, performs system synchronisation or runs background applications. Any recorded usage may therefore demonstrate that the service was activated even where the Customer did not intentionally browse the internet.

  • the eSIM has been installed on a device;
  • the QR code or activation credential has been successfully used;
  • the eSIM has been activated;
  • the eSIM has registered on a supported network;
  • the validity period has started;
  • any mobile data has been consumed;
  • the eSIM has been deleted from the original device after installation;
  • the activation credential has been shared with another person; or
  • the eSIM cannot be reused because of an action taken by the Customer.

9. Faulty or Non-Conforming eSIMs

If an eSIM is defective, materially not as described or cannot provide the purchased service due to a cause attributable to Flashsim or its eSIM supplier, the Customer should contact support promptly.

Flashsim will normally first attempt to diagnose and correct the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include:

A refund will generally be considered where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the Customer, or where another remedy is unavailable or inappropriate.

The Customer must provide reasonable cooperation during troubleshooting. Flashsim may be unable to confirm that a product is defective where the Customer refuses to provide relevant device information, screenshots or diagnostic details.

  • technical assistance;
  • correction of the eSIM configuration;
  • reprovisioning of the eSIM;
  • issuance of a replacement eSIM;
  • extension of the validity period;
  • provision of an equivalent plan;
  • account credit; or
  • a full or partial refund.

10. Technical Troubleshooting Before a Refund

Before approving a refund for a connectivity or activation issue, Flashsim may require the Customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

These steps may include confirming the device model, checking that the device is unlocked, verifying the installation status, enabling the eSIM line, activating data roaming, selecting the correct eSIM for mobile data, checking the Access Point Name settings, restarting the device, manually selecting a supported network and installing available operating-system updates.

Flashsim may also request screenshots of the device settings, error messages, signal status, data usage or eSIM information.

The Customer must not delete the eSIM while a support request is being investigated unless instructed to do so by Flashsim. Many eSIM profiles cannot be reinstalled after deletion, and deleting the profile may prevent us from diagnosing or resolving the problem.

Where an eSIM is deleted without our instruction, any resulting inability to use or reinstall it will generally not qualify for a refund.

11. Unsupported or Incompatible Devices

A refund will generally not be issued where the eSIM cannot be used because the Customer’s device:

The Customer is responsible for checking device compatibility before placing an order.

However, where the Website explicitly confirmed that a specific device was compatible and that information was materially inaccurate, Flashsim will review the circumstances and may offer a replacement, account credit or refund.

Any such request should be submitted before the eSIM is activated or used.

  • does not support eSIM technology;
  • is locked to a particular mobile carrier;
  • supports eSIM only in certain markets or device variants;
  • has reached its limit for installed eSIM profiles;
  • has been modified, rooted or jailbroken;
  • uses outdated or unsupported software;
  • is subject to restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or carrier; or
  • otherwise does not meet the technical requirements disclosed before purchase.

12. Carrier-Locked Devices

An eSIM cannot normally be used on a device that is locked to another telecommunications provider.

The Customer is responsible for confirming with the existing carrier that the device is unlocked before purchasing an eSIM.

A refund will not normally be provided where installation or network access fails because the device is carrier-locked, subject to an unpaid-device restriction, blacklisted or otherwise prevented from accepting third-party mobile services.

13. Incorrect Country, Region or Plan Selected

The Customer is responsible for selecting the correct eSIM plan, destination, data allowance and validity period.

A refund will generally not be provided where the Customer purchases:

Where the Customer contacts Flashsim before the eSIM has been installed, activated or used, we may, at our discretion and subject to technical availability, replace the purchased plan, provide account credit or permit payment of any price difference for another plan.

Any replacement or credit is discretionary unless required by applicable law.

  • a plan for the wrong country or region;
  • an insufficient or excessive data allowance;
  • a plan with an unsuitable validity period;
  • a data-only plan when voice calls or SMS were expected;
  • a plan that does not cover a specific local network preferred by the Customer; or
  • multiple eSIMs by mistake.

14. Data-Only Service

Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, Flashsim eSIM plans are data-only services.

A data-only eSIM may not provide:

A refund will not normally be provided merely because the Customer expected voice, SMS or telephone-number functionality that was not included in the product description.

Internet-based calls and messaging may remain available through third-party applications, subject to data availability and local restrictions.

  • a local telephone number;
  • traditional mobile voice calls;
  • incoming calls;
  • outgoing calls;
  • SMS or MMS services;
  • emergency calling; or
  • access to services that require verification through a mobile telephone number.

15. Coverage and Network Availability

Coverage information is based on information provided by telecommunications partners and mobile network operators.

Actual network availability and performance may vary depending on location, terrain, buildings, network congestion, device capability, weather, local infrastructure, network maintenance and other circumstances outside Flashsim’s reasonable control.

Flashsim does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage in every location within a supported country or region.

A weak signal, temporary network congestion, reduced indoor coverage or the absence of a preferred network does not automatically qualify the Customer for a refund where the eSIM remains capable of connecting to a supported network.

Where no supported network is available throughout the relevant destination due to incorrect product information or a service failure attributable to Flashsim or its supplier, we will investigate and may provide a replacement, extension, account credit or refund.

16. Network Speed

Any reference to 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G or another network type describes potential network access and does not constitute a guarantee of a particular speed.

Actual speed depends on factors including network availability, network congestion, location, signal strength, device capabilities, fair-use restrictions and the policies of the local network operator.

A refund will not normally be issued solely because the Customer experiences lower speeds than expected, provided the service remains materially usable and consistent with the plan description.

Where service speed is persistently and materially inadequate due to a verified defect in the supplied product, Flashsim will consider an appropriate remedy.

17. Temporary Service Interruptions

Mobile telecommunications services may be subject to temporary interruption, maintenance, congestion, outages or changes by local network operators.

Flashsim will make reasonable efforts to assist where an interruption materially affects the purchased service.

Short-term or localised interruptions do not automatically entitle the Customer to a full refund.

Depending on the duration, impact and cause of the interruption, Flashsim may offer an extension, replacement, account credit or proportionate refund.

18. Activation and Validity Period

Each eSIM plan has specific activation and validity rules. The validity period may begin:

The Customer must review the applicable activation rule before purchase.

A refund will not normally be provided where the plan expires because the Customer installed or activated it too early, failed to use it during the validity period or misunderstood an activation rule that was clearly disclosed.

Where the displayed activation information was materially incorrect, Flashsim will review the request and provide an appropriate remedy where justified.

  • when the eSIM is installed;
  • when the eSIM first connects to a supported network;
  • on the date of purchase;
  • on a scheduled activation date; or
  • in accordance with another rule stated in the product description.

19. Failure to Activate Before Expiry

Some eSIMs must be installed or activated within a specified period after purchase.

The Customer is responsible for installing and activating the eSIM within any deadline stated in the product description, order confirmation or installation instructions.

No refund will normally be available where an eSIM expires because the Customer failed to install or activate it within the applicable period.

Flashsim may, at its discretion and subject to supplier availability, issue a replacement or account credit.

20. Unused Data

Unused mobile data has no cash value and will not normally be refunded when:

Unless the product description expressly permits rollover, unused data cannot be transferred to another plan, destination, account or Customer.

A partial refund will not be calculated solely by reference to the amount of unused data.

  • the plan expires;
  • the Customer leaves the destination;
  • the Customer no longer requires the service;
  • the Customer uses less data than expected;
  • the device is lost, damaged or replaced;
  • the Customer switches to another provider; or
  • the Customer voluntarily stops using the eSIM.

21. Excessive or Unexpected Data Consumption

The Customer is responsible for managing device settings and data usage.

Applications, cloud backups, software updates, video streaming, hotspot use, automatic synchronisation and background processes may consume significant amounts of mobile data.

A refund will not normally be provided for data consumed by the Customer’s device, applications or connected devices, even where the Customer did not intend or realise that the data was being used.

Customers should disable automatic updates, cloud backups and unnecessary background data before using the eSIM.

Flashsim is not responsible for data consumption displayed differently by the Customer’s device and the underlying telecommunications network. Supplier network records will generally be used to determine actual usage.

22. Personal Hotspot and Tethering

Hotspot or tethering availability may depend on the plan, device, operating system and local network operator.

Unless the product description expressly guarantees hotspot functionality, inability to use tethering will not automatically qualify the Customer for a refund where ordinary mobile data remains available.

Where hotspot functionality is expressly included and cannot be provided due to a verified defect, Flashsim will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.

23. Restricted Applications and Internet Services

Certain countries, networks or internet service providers may restrict access to particular websites, applications, communication services or online content.

Flashsim does not control government restrictions, local laws, censorship measures, content filtering, application blocking or the independent availability of third-party platforms.

A refund will not normally be provided because a particular application, website, Voice over Internet Protocol service, streaming platform, banking service or social media platform is unavailable, provided the underlying mobile data service is operating.

The use of a virtual private network or similar service may be restricted or unlawful in some jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for complying with local law.

24. Incorrect Installation or Device Configuration

A refund will not normally be issued where the eSIM does not work because the Customer:

Flashsim will provide reasonable technical assistance to help correct the configuration where possible.

  • failed to follow the installation instructions;
  • selected the wrong SIM for mobile data;
  • did not enable data roaming where required;
  • entered incorrect APN settings;
  • disabled the eSIM line;
  • manually selected an unsupported network;
  • removed or altered the eSIM configuration;
  • installed the eSIM on the wrong device; or
  • otherwise configured the device incorrectly.

25. Deletion of an eSIM

The Customer must not delete an eSIM after installation unless the plan has expired or Flashsim support has expressly instructed the Customer to delete it.

Many eSIM profiles are designed for a single installation and cannot be downloaded again after deletion.

If the Customer deletes an eSIM voluntarily, resets the device, removes all mobile plans, transfers to another device without confirmation of transferability or otherwise causes the profile to become unavailable, Flashsim is not required to issue a replacement or refund.

Where technically possible, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill measure or for an additional fee.

26. Changing Devices

An eSIM is normally intended for installation on one compatible device.

The ability to transfer an eSIM to another device is not guaranteed and depends on the eSIM profile, telecommunications provider and device manufacturer.

Purchasing a new device, losing a device, damaging a device or changing devices after installation does not entitle the Customer to a refund.

The Customer should contact support before deleting or attempting to transfer an active eSIM.

27. Lost or Stolen Devices

Flashsim is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorised use of a device on which an eSIM has been installed.

The Customer should contact us promptly if the relevant device is lost or stolen. We may attempt to suspend or deactivate the eSIM, subject to technical capability and supplier cooperation.

Any replacement, credit or refund will be at Flashsim’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

28. Duplicate Orders and Duplicate Charges

If a Customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

Where the Customer intentionally or accidentally submits multiple separate orders, Flashsim will review a cancellation request if the duplicate eSIM has not been installed, activated or used.

A refund may be refused where each eSIM has been validly generated and delivered, particularly if the relevant profiles have been accessed or used.

The Customer should report a suspected duplicate transaction promptly and should not initiate multiple payment attempts without first checking whether the original order was successful.

29. Failed or Pending Payments

An order will not normally be delivered until payment is successfully authorised or confirmed.

A payment may appear as pending or temporarily reserved by the Customer’s bank even where the order was not completed. Such an authorisation is controlled by the bank or payment provider and may be released automatically.

Flashsim cannot guarantee the time required by a bank to release a pending authorisation.

Where Flashsim has not received the relevant funds, there may be no amount available for Flashsim to refund. The Customer may need to contact the bank or payment provider.

30. Promotional Codes and Discounted Orders

Refunds for discounted purchases will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer.

The value of a promotional code, voucher or free credit is not refundable in cash.

Where a refunded order included a single-use promotional code, the code may not be reinstated.

If only part of a bundled or discounted order is refundable, the refund may be recalculated based on the actual value of the retained products and the conditions of the promotion.

31. Wallet Balance and Account Credit

Where Flashsim provides a customer wallet, refunds may be issued as wallet credit where:

Purchased wallet funds, promotional wallet funds and refunded wallet funds may be subject to different rules.

Promotional or bonus credit is not redeemable for cash and may expire in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotion.

Except where required by applicable law, an unused wallet balance is not automatically refundable merely because the Customer no longer wishes to use Flashsim.

Any request to withdraw purchased wallet funds will be reviewed according to the source of the funds, transaction history, anti-fraud requirements, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

  • the Customer agrees to receive credit;
  • the original payment method is unavailable;
  • the payment provider cannot process the refund;
  • the relevant terms permit a credit-based remedy; or
  • Flashsim offers credit as a goodwill resolution.

32. Fraud, Abuse and Policy Violations

Flashsim may refuse or suspend a refund request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or manipulation.

This may include:

Flashsim may request additional verification before processing a refund where necessary to prevent fraud or comply with payment-provider requirements.

  • providing false or misleading information;
  • claiming that an eSIM was unused when network records show activation or usage;
  • repeatedly purchasing and refunding eSIMs;
  • sharing or reselling eSIM credentials without authorisation;
  • abusing promotional offers;
  • using multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;
  • filing a chargeback after receiving a refund;
  • interfering with technical records; or
  • using the service unlawfully.

33. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Flashsim before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is due.

Where a chargeback is filed, Flashsim may provide the bank, card scheme or payment provider with relevant evidence, including order confirmation, delivery records, QR-code access records, activation status, network usage, customer correspondence and acceptance of the applicable terms.

If the Customer receives both a direct refund and a chargeback credit for the same transaction, the duplicate reimbursement must be returned.

Flashsim may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive or duplicate chargeback claims.

Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising lawful rights through their payment provider.

34. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted to:

For technical issues, the Customer should also provide relevant screenshots and describe the troubleshooting steps already completed.

The Customer must submit the request promptly after becoming aware of the issue. Delayed reporting may reduce our ability to verify the issue, obtain network records or provide an effective remedy.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the request will be approved.

  • contact@flashsim.xyz
  • The request should include the Customer’s name, email address used for the order, order number, purchased plan, affected destination, device model, date on which the issue occurred and a clear description of the problem.

35. Time Limit for Refund Requests

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, requests relating to a technical failure should be submitted during the plan’s validity period or no later than thirty days after the relevant issue first occurred.

Requests received after the plan has expired may be refused where Flashsim can no longer verify the activation, network conditions or service failure.

A Customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this administrative time limit.

36. Review of Refund Requests

Flashsim will assess each refund request based on the circumstances of the order.

The assessment may include the product description, payment record, delivery status, installation status, activation status, data usage, network logs, support correspondence, device compatibility and information obtained from telecommunications partners.

We may request additional information from the Customer or the relevant service provider.

A refund decision may be delayed where we reasonably require technical confirmation from an eSIM supplier, mobile network operator or payment provider.

37. Refund Amount

Where a full refund is approved, the refundable amount will generally be limited to the price actually paid for the affected eSIM product.

Delivery is digital and no separate delivery charge is ordinarily payable.

A partial refund may be appropriate where:

No refund will exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Flashsim is not responsible under this Policy for indirect expenses such as hotel charges, missed transport, lost business, roaming fees charged by another provider or the cost of purchasing an alternative connection, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • part of the service was successfully provided;
  • only one product in a multi-product order was affected;
  • the Customer used part of the data allowance before the defect occurred;
  • the issue affected only part of the validity period;
  • an equivalent replacement was partially accepted or used; or
  • applicable law permits a proportionate price reduction.

38. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

We may request an alternative method where the original payment method is unavailable, expired or technically unable to receive a refund.

For security reasons, Flashsim will not normally refund money to an unrelated third party, a different cardholder or an account that cannot be linked to the original transaction.

Where the Customer paid using wallet credit, promotional credit or a mixed payment method, the refund may be returned proportionately to the relevant sources.

39. Refund Processing Times

Flashsim will initiate an approved refund within a reasonable period after completing the review.

After the refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear depends on the payment method, bank, card scheme and payment provider.

Bank-card refunds may take several business days and, in some cases, longer.

Flashsim does not control banking or card-scheme processing times after the refund has been correctly submitted.

Any estimated processing period communicated by Flashsim is indicative and not guaranteed.

40. Replacement Instead of Refund

Where an eSIM problem can reasonably be resolved, Flashsim may first offer a repair, reconfiguration, replacement eSIM or equivalent plan.

A replacement may be appropriate where:

Where the replacement provides substantially the same destination coverage, data allowance and validity, minor differences in network partners will not necessarily make the replacement unsuitable.

A Customer who activates or uses a replacement may be treated as having accepted that remedy, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights.

  • the original eSIM was defective;
  • a provisioning error occurred;
  • the selected network configuration failed;
  • the QR code was invalid before use;
  • the supplier replaced the underlying product; or
  • an equivalent solution can be provided without significant inconvenience.

41. Goodwill Refunds

Flashsim may occasionally provide a refund, replacement, extension or credit as a gesture of goodwill even where the Customer is not legally or contractually entitled to one.

A goodwill resolution does not constitute an admission of liability and does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in another case.

Goodwill decisions may be subject to conditions, including deactivation of the affected eSIM or acceptance of wallet credit.

42. Business Customers

Where an eSIM is purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes, statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

Refunds for business purchases will be governed by the applicable contract, product terms and this Policy.

Nothing in this section excludes rights that apply mandatorily to a business customer under applicable law.

43. Purchases Through Third Parties

Where a Flashsim eSIM is purchased through a reseller, marketplace, travel provider, affiliate or another third-party platform, the Customer may be required to submit the refund request directly to the seller that received the payment.

The refund rules and procedures of the relevant third party may apply.

Flashsim may provide technical assistance but may be unable to issue a monetary refund where Flashsim did not directly receive the Customer’s payment.

44. Events Outside Flashsim’s Control

Flashsim will not ordinarily provide a refund for circumstances unrelated to a defect in the purchased eSIM, including:

Flashsim may nevertheless consider an extension or account credit at its discretion where the eSIM remains unused and technical conditions permit.

  • cancellation or change of travel plans;
  • inability to obtain a visa;
  • missed or cancelled transport;
  • illness or personal emergency;
  • loss or damage to a device;
  • failure to bring the compatible device;
  • lack of internet access required for installation;
  • changes in local law or network restrictions;
  • closure of borders or destinations;
  • natural disasters;
  • government action; or
  • another event outside Flashsim’s reasonable control.

45. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Policy is intended to explain Flashsim’s commercial refund procedures and does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable law requires digital content or services to be of satisfactory quality, fit for a disclosed purpose, supplied with reasonable care and skill or consistent with their description, Flashsim will provide the remedies required by law.

Any exclusion or limitation in this Policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule will prevail.

46. Changes to this Policy

Flashsim may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, supplier arrangements, payment methods, applicable law or operational procedures.

The updated Policy will be published on the Website with a revised effective date.

The version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where a later change is required by law or provides more favourable rights to the Customer.
